No Refund Policy

All sales are final once you access any paid content. We offer a free trial (A1 Modules 1-2) so you can try before you buy. If you purchase, you get instant lifetime access, which means we cannot offer refunds.

1. All Sales Are Final

When you purchase access to LinguaPath, you receive immediate, unlimited access to all paid course materials across all CEFR levels (A1-C2). Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" like a physical product, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Why We Offer No Refunds

  • Instant Digital Access: The moment you complete your purchase, you gain full access to all premium content. Unlike physical goods, digital content cannot be returned.
  • Free Trial Available: We provide free access to A1 Modules 1-2 without requiring payment or a credit card. This allows you to experience our teaching style, content quality, and platform features before making any financial commitment.
  • Transparent Pricing: Our pricing and what you receive is clearly displayed before purchase. There are no hidden fees or surprise limitations.

3. European Union Customers

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period for online purchases. However, this right is waived when you access digital content before the cooling-off period ends.

By purchasing LinguaPath and accessing any paid content, you acknowledge that:

  • You expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content
  • You acknowledge that this waives your right to withdraw from the purchase

4. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions only in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If a verified technical problem on our end prevents you from accessing the content you paid for, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Fraudulent Charges: If your payment method was used without your authorisation, please contact your bank immediately and then reach out to us.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended. Chargeback fees may apply. We encourage you to contact us directly at support@linguapath.co.uk to resolve any issues before disputing a charge.
